Returns Information
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ([email protected]) or call us at 1-888-638-1233 and we will provide you with details on how to return your item.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We stand behind our products. However, your satisfaction is our goal and we do realize that sometimes you may want to return equipment. These items are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances: Special orders, orders marked NCNR (or non-cancellable, non-returnable), custom products, software downloads, virtual products, Expedited Build and Test, Extend Shipping Protection, and any item marked “no returns”.
Canceling and Order
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at [email protected], or via telephone at 1-888-638-1233. If your order has not shipped, a 100% refund will be promptly provided. If your order has already shipped, you may either refuse the package upon delivery and ask them to return it to us.
Warranty Service
Warranty information is available at the bottom of each product page. After 30 days all product issues will be addressed by the manufacturers warranty.
The sole warranty for all manufacturers products sold by TEKYHOST shall be the standard warranty as set forth in the documentation that accompanies each product. If no documentation is available, you may check Manufacturer’s website for further details.
